Una Descarga en La Calle Ocho

Bryan Cereijo March 14, 2015

I went out to one of Miami's most famous streets, La Calle Ocho, to record some of its sights and sounds.

In the video you will first see Calle Ocho's "Domino Park," where people from the community go and get together to play dominoes and chess.

Later in the video, I was fortunate enough to go while a "cuban descarga" was taking place, in which individuals get together and start playing various instruments and covering well-known songs.

Lastly, you will see a "guano" artisan create something special.
